Warm wood
All year round
This Hopper table is made of European Ashwood, or as we like to call it "Hellwood". Why this name, you ask? This wood has been through purgatory to increase its resistance to decay. Spending two full days in a 200-°C oven sure sounds like hell to us. But thanks to this treatment, our Hellwood becomes as solid and durable as Class I hardwood, making it suitable to stay outdoors all year round. An attractive side effect of this treatment is the warm chocolate color!
