This private residence is the model home of Pas Interior architects. The interior and exterior of the house click into each other lego-wise. Functionality comes first: what looks simple hides a complex combination of practical elements and smart home automation. Everything is at ground level, in function of lifelong living. With an E-level of just 8, it is an almost energy-neutral home. The showpiece? Undoubtedly the rear facade, built entirely of glass with sandwich panels around it. Garden and terrace seem to be one with the metal skeleton house.
