ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Extremis ‘tools for togetherness’ are made to last and sustainability is deeply rooted in our DNA, we want to stimulate refurbishment of our furniture rather than replacing it. In order to provide a qualitative service for our customers, we are looking for a CUSTOMER SUCCESS OFFICER. This role is ideal for a helpful and commercial polyglot, always ready and happy to assist our dealers and the end-users. Primarily, you will be responsible for optimizing all aspects of the after-sales experience for the customer and maintaining customer relationships to encourage future sales. Your goal is not only to solve problems, but also to proactively provide solutions.

Specifically, we are looking for someone who:

  • Is the first point of contact from our international network of dealers for the residential and project market, mainly after the sale of the product.

  • Is capable of giving all information about our product portfolio and is able to guide dealers, architects and end-users to the best solution. 

  • Ensures a prompt resolution of customer complaints and a positive experience. 

  • Gathers and registers feedback on Extremis products, that by analyzing the data, result in optimization. 

  • Monitors overall customer satisfaction and seeks to improve the customer experience throughout the customer journey.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • As a social butterfly, you prefer to be in contact with customers and colleagues as much as possible, with an ability to prioritize and negotiate. Working closely with our internal teams such as sales, R&D and logistics gives you energy. 

  • You have a positive mindset. 

  • You have a linguistic aptitude. Your strong communication skills allow you to easily communicate with our customers, verbally as well as in writing.  

  • Through your empathy and attention to detail, you quickly understand customer needs. You are able to organize solutions that create a win-win for Extremis and the customer.  

  • You are a result-oriented go-getter

  • You have experience in customer-oriented roles, and you can’t stop talking about your love for design almost until the brink of annoying your family. Products with a distinct identity give you extra drive.
